Policies and F.A.Q

1. Check-in and Check out:

Check-in is available only between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform us at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Without prior arrangement, late check-ins cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a no-show. A late check-in fee of 40€ will apply for any approved arrivals after 6:00 PM. This is to guarantee a relaxing, quiet environment for all of our guests.
Check-out is at 10.00(-ish) AM to give us time to prepare the room for the next guest. Late check-out can be arranged based upon availability and, if available, it can't be after 11.00 am for the same reasons as above.

2. Payment & Reservation:

 

Payment for your stay will be taken directly at the reception at check-out. We do accept most credit and debit cards other than cash payments.

We require credit card details to confirm your reservation.

3. Non Smoking and Fine:

Rooms and common areas are non-smoking. A 250€ fine will be charged for violations as per legal requirements.

4. Age and Children Policies: ​

Please note that we do not accommodate children under 16, including infants or toddlers.

Even if you wish to share a bed with your child, our policy does not allow it due to safety and insurance reasons.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting this rule.

5. Damages & Conduct:

 

Any damage to our property will be added to your bill or credit card.

Any guest exhibiting violent, aggressive, or threatening behavior will be immediately removed from the property without exception. You will be required to leave the premises immediately, and any personal belongings will be forwarded to you at our cost. No refunds will be issued. If the guest refuses to leave, we will involve the Gardaí to ensure their removal. Any injury or damage caused to our property, or possession of illegal substances, will result in immediate involvement of authorities and legal action

​6. Party Policy:

NO HEN, STAG, or ANY PARTIES are allowed at our B&B. We do not accommodate guests attending the Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival.

Our business is focused on providing a peaceful, relaxing experience — not hosting events or parties. Any violation of this policy will result in a 200€ fine added to your reservation.

Extra guests are strictly prohibited in the rooms due to safety and insurance reasons. If additional guests are found, all individuals will be immediately asked to leave, and the full reservation amount plus a 200€ fine will be charged

​Any rowdy guests will be ejected from the premises and will be charged for the full amount of their reservation.

7. Quiet Times & Noise:

​

To maintain a quiet environment, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We have found that white noise machines can be more disruptive than helpful and, as such, their use is not permitted during these hours. Thank you for understanding.
